Signed up online, waited an hour and a half. Drive 30 miles, show up to the store and we're not even in "the system". Told to arrive at 1:45 so we did.

I was hoping to send feedback directly to the store without it being public (as that is not my intent), but that does not seem to be possible. I typically have a pretty good experience here. However, today I checked-in online, arrived 5min before my time, and was at the top of the board for my specific stylist. I even saw her finish up the person right before me, so I expected to be next. Then I was shocked to see her call someone else, and not even attempt to offer any type of explanation to me. My wait time went from 5 minutes to 30 minutes.I get it - sometimes you try to squeeze your favorites in. But to just ignore that I was there was ridiculous. I canceled my appointment and left. Very disappointed in the customer service.

The stylist was great but the front end staff and owner ( the lady owner was nice but guy was rude) were unprofessional...Lady that checks u in was rude, could not tell the truth about wait time, online system was down, could not check in. Was going to be hours to get a cut but then was able to get in within 15mins of sitting there....the biggest thing was the owner and how he acted....smh
