They said 20 minutes wait. 3 hours later and we haven't had cuts yet. We won't be back. I understand there is a shortage of people that work. If it's 3 hrs tell me 3 hrs. Not 20 minutes.

MacKenzie is a wonderful hair stylist. Genuine and cares about what you want in a haircut. Definitely recommend anyone to her.
